This happened on my set and may be an isolated occurrence This can be mitigated if you rub the sleeve a couple of times to remove the excess paint, but still stains your fingers. I'd recommend to buy the non-weathered sleeve to avoid getting your pack dirty. Still happy I got this: the seller is trustworthy and reliable. Thanks!
