However he does manage to lift a finger to decline your cancellation request when the item hasn’t shipped. He never shipped my item and never responded to messages. I opened a dispute with eBay but they kept being like “we’ll contact the seller!” But I already knew how that’d go. I didn’t want to drag this on any longer and opened a dispute with American Express to get my refund. Negative stars for this selller
