They initially promised to resolve the issue but later informed me they couldn’t provide a replacement and offered a $30 refund for a $400 machine, which I declined. They also failed to follow up as promised, and without the remote, the machine’s functionality is limited. We offered a refund for the price of the remote, and unfortunately that is the best we can do. The unit is working. IF the buyer is not satisfied, he can return the machine. We are simply unable to fix this issue even though we really wanted to. The none-working remote is a manufacturer's defect. We always try to make things right with our buyers.
