The reason they stated was that shipping the item would cost them more than they had charged in the listing. They said they would issue a refund, which I then had to contact them multiple times to be initiated and receive. Seller was not kind to deal with during this communication. Even though the seller did great at packaging the pitcher and bowl, due to UPS negligence, part of the bowl was broken off during shipment. The item was as described minus the break in the bowl due to no fault of the seller. The seller has been helpful and commutative with me also. The shoes also arrived quicker then originally scheduled (scheduled for a Friday arrived on Weds).
