I plugged it in and 3 hours later it wouldn’t work. I tried other outlets to charge it , thinking just maybe it was the outlet, but it wouldn’t charge or turn on. I contacted the seller and he offered me a replacement or refund. I went for the refund. The seller even called me, he wanted to help and make it right with me. I would buy from this seller again.

I’m not sure if the battery was fully charged or not but I didn’t get much time vacuuming. There is a trigger to add more suction but it’s still not enough. Altogether it’s an ok vacuum but I would rather stick with a traditional one before I choose this because I actually like my floors to be clean after cleaning them!

I am very pleased with refurbished . I could not ignore the price- such a deal. Looks brand new to me. Runs great. If you need a vacuum, I highly recommend buying from here.

I contacted customer support because of something I did in error and they were able to get it taken care of immediately. My vacuum arrived super fast and it’s a beauty. This is the absolute best place to buy a vacuum. Thanks for such positive experiences!!!!!!!!

But I would buy many times over again. If I had a question they answered it. They even gotten me in the ways of spare parts and YouTube links and Etc. Without a doubt some of the best customer service I've seen in a long time that alone makes them worth it I have decided that I'm just going to keep buying from them as I need it. I sure thl
