It is amazing quality -really, really heavy and is delivered almost next day. I am just as delighted with the second mattress I have just bought from them. I highly recommend this company and their product. Note-it takes a good week for the new mattress smell to dissipate from this density of foam but its worth the wait. Super comfy. I have a lovely sleep on it-at last the mattress for me. delighted!

Was worried I ordered the wrong size (being vacuum packed), it was considerably smaller than the size I needed but once opened and it expanded everything was perfect. Very comfortable and light mattress. Thank you

I queried it and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Good quality mattress very firm. Box arrived damaged but I think it’s just due to weight of mattress inside but no damage to mattress inside of box.
