However, great communication by the seller and I recieved a refund without having to send the package back. He explained that "these" (Sims 3 expansions, I presume) were a bit of a hit or miss and he apologised. However, I didn't receive it because Royal Mail managed to lose it in the postal system. i contacted the seller and they offered me the option of a replacement, which I accepted. I selected two games as replacement which were again swiftly dispatched via a tracked service. Unbelievably Royal Mail managed to lose those games as well !! The seller then offered a refund.
