After the first week I decided to migrate my data from my Mac mini 2014 into this one and didn't notice any slow down or issues. I have decided I will stay on Monterey for the foreseeable future just to see how stable it is before I move my whole data to Sonoma. Battery is not great, but I knew that given it is an Intel Mac. I'm glad I have an extra year warranty on it!
