Packing material was great, so it must have been roughed up in shipping. I contacted the seller and he got back to me within 30 minutes and in short order had the replacement part shipped. The build quality is excellent and I’m excited to put this all together. The only thing that can go wrong from here is me messing up the installation.

I was very impressed with the packaging as well as the quality. It fit my Aqueon tank perfectly, even the bottom corners of the baffles were rounded to sit perfectly on top of the silconed edges. The seller was very responsive and helpful with all of my questions and concerns.
