    Item was as described and had no issues with delivery of this item. It was packaged very well too sure that there was no breakage during shipping. I would buy from seller again. My only negative would be the shipping cost as it was higher than on other sites such as Poshmark. I don’t know if eBay sets the postage fee or not. I give the seller five stars overall.

    The above feedback should have said it was packaged very well “to ensure” that there was no breakage during shipping. I was doing talk to text and somehow it auto corrected the words and I did not catch the error before hitting send. ��

    Although the item ordered wasn't exactly how it was describes, it was something beyond the control of the seller. Seriously, within 5 minutes of contacting the seller I received an email promising a full refund, and less than 10 minutes after that eBay notifies me that a full refund was on the way. Now that's great customer service! Scott at palmettoplates really knows how to treat a customer, and very likely a returning customer at that. I strive to treat customer's as well as Scott treated me.

    Had a problem with the purchase in that it did not work upon arrival. Seller was extremely responsive, quickly accepted and processed the return, so I would still recommend. Problems happen, but the response is what matters. Handled well, so that makes a good seller in my opinion. Thanks!
