Rotation rod was not set in correct position to receive aluminum block and bolt so I had to plug in and try to rotate a few times to get it in the correct position. Other than that works great once resolved.

Once open, and Pictures supplied, I was refunded quickly. Good seller, good communication and Normally Good Items etc. Just USPS Rough Handling and USPS Lack of Customer Service caused the Issue.
