The package got wet during shipping and water leaked under the product wrapping, damaging the item due to the insufficient packaging. The other 2 items that arrived the same day were also a little wet, but were packaged appropriately in boxes and were not damaged. After talking to the seller, they took no responsibility. I relayed that to the buyer and directed the buyer to open a claim against the US Post Office. The buyer still bought another item from me of the same caliber so the negative comments are misleading.
