I like the knobs over touch tech - they're very responsive. ~~My only gripe is that the seller sent this via FedEx WITH INDIRECT SIGNATURE. I understand why they do it, but FedEx home delivery out here in the GA sticks SUCKS. After fighting with FedEx Customer Support for 5 days, I had to go pick it up at d0llar gen. 10 miles away.

    This Se;;er ,MUST be commended for the excellent way they handled my transaction. I boutght a refurbished cooktop. I figured it has to come from China so I didn't expect it before late November with all of the shipping problems. The target date was November 5th, but it arrived today (October 29th), and it looked brand new. They packaged it perfectly to avoid mishaps. I hooked it up and it works and looks like a brand new one. I highly recomend this Seller to anyone. John Tyler -

    I bought 3 cooktops from different suppliers on Ebay. All arrived cracked/ broken. This shipper double boxed their unit and it arrived Perfect!! Glass is extremely nice top!
