The Motorola XTS3000 was nicely packed (even though they'll survive a thorough beating) and arrived in upstate NY quickly. Except for a line of dead pixels on the display, the radio is in excellent physical and working condition. Provisioning works perfectly for analog and P25 amateur use.

Condition is as described, while the radio is clearly used, it's appearance is very nice and it programs properly. This is not a "beater" radio, it's in rather good condition. I'm a little shocked that the battery holds a charge, used Motorolas often come with virtually dead batteries. This one says "Expires 07/2018" but charges up fine on the included charger. I'm satisfied with the purchase, it strikes me as a good value.
