The item was shipped from Israel and I live in the US. Expedited shipping failed and the item arrived late. The Seller refunded the expedited shipping fee and I kept the item. Due a delay of two days I refunde her 40$ from my own will and I did it because I knew she needed it as a present a day before - she did not know how to open a case in ebay so the refund will be by ebay, so I made full refund by Paypal - then she complained why I refund her only 38$ - I tried to explain her that Paypal took a fee of 5% - and she did not like it - I canFisher-Price Bright Beats Smart Touch Play Space (N° 274368247630)
