We don't have time or money to get another one. This thing is so beat up, missing screws and literally has parts held on with electrical tape. I don't know what we are supposed to do at this point. We want to send it back but our son will be disappointed. Honestly he will be disappointed either way as this thing is garbage. It actually looks like it was pulled out of the garbage. Buyer Beware. Run!!!

While there was a minor delay of 1-2 days in shipping, I do not think it had anything to do with the seller. Case was damaged during shipping due to packaging. They offered to accept a return but I needed the PC so I repaired it myself. I needed a little help with the licensing on the software which they helped me with and the sent me a slot blank to replace one I was unhappy with.
