I told them, that I wanted to buy the other one they had, because I still wanted the CPU. They just returned the payment for the bad one, and send the other one as soon as I paid. Good quick responsive customer service. Would buy from seller again.

Feel like with the price I paid for such an old chip the seller could have done better than a CPU wrapped in tape in a box with sheets of paper as packing material. I'd give the packaging a 0/10. CPU performs as expected at stock but runs very hot so limited overclocking potential. Don't know if that is the same with all his chips, just the case with mine. Overall it's fine, nothing special. Probably buy from someone else next time
