Total replacement and setup time less than 30 minutes. Night silence is a blessing. Choice of Westminster/Ave Maria and hourly and 1/4 HR chimes and adjustable volume control, Wanted different sized hands and they were shipped correctly. A pictured install guide also!!! Thanks. Paul. PS clock sounds full bodied with just a touch of resonance too.. Worth every penny. Happy Wife, happy life.

Short story is I bought some cuckoo clock hands plus shipping. The order had a tracking number assigned to it. Two days later I realized that the bellow tops were broken. So, I ordered them, plus shipping. This company noticed (without me contacting them) that I had a previous order. They apparently opened the 1st package back up and added the 2nd order to it, and CREDITED me a refund on shipping (combining the two) A ++

Haven’t had a chance to use any yet, but upon receiving them I verified they are what I ordered. Can’t wait to replace the broken hands on a few of my cuckoo clocks.
