I waited another week past the 'expected delivery date' and when it still didn't arrive I requested a refund, which the seller has STILL not approved. When they arrived, all were clearly used, dusty, and in poor physical condition. I contacted the seller with photos, explaining I only wanted genuine new replacements, not used or pulled units. Two units were still in New Jersey, three had already been shipped to other country at my expense (over $150 in shipping/customs). The seller refused to send proper replacements internationally, instead telling me to “open a case with eBay” and off
