Completely dishonest saying that items had been dispatched but was never able to provide tracking information or proof of this, the one time tracking information was provided the courier said they didn't physically receive the package. Obviously a forward seller, selling items they haven't even got in stock.Luckily eBay got me a refund, but sellers like this should be disallowed.

They actually bothered to check the item prior to despatch, upon finding a problem, they contacted me promptly offering a later delivery date plus a discount. Unfortunately I needed the item ASAP, they refunded me immediately. Most importantly their emails were very polite- I appreciated this. Thank you.
