If I told my customers that it’ll take 2 weeks for me to do a thing (besides taking their money), I’d be out of business. Why can most companies get my purchases to me in 3-4 days and ASV can’t get the ball rolling for 2 weeks? All of our products are handmade in the US but we have been throttled lately by parts suppliers. We have changed our suppliers and are back to regular production schedule.
