    The transaction communication and tracking went smoothly while the item was in the USA but sadly, once EVRI took over local delivery everything fell apart. Delivered to the wrong address even though clearly addressed and clear name plate on each property. Very pleased with the item itself but DHL should reconsider sub-contracting delivery to Evri imo.
