However after receiving it I have two comments. One I wish they would have sent me a working model because this is a battery operated scale and the battery was dead. I would have thought someone would have checked that before they shipped it out. Secondly this does not look and feel like a scale worth $60 which is what I paid after everything said and done. So customer service part was good as far as the shipping.
