Sadly, the item was "lost in transit" and never arrived. Communicated several times with the folks at City Stamp, who were always gracious and positive. After a mutually agreed wait time, they kindly - and IMMEDIATELY at the end of the agreed period - issued a full refund. I am a repeat customer of theirs, and nothing about this one situation changes that. I WILL BE BACK. Kudos for excellent communications!!!!
