Much respect.

What you want is a seller that is there when the transaction does not go as expected. I had a minor problem with the transaction that was beyond anyone's control and the seller was very responsive immediately and went above and beyond to make it write even vowing to follow up with the manufacturer directly after the transaction. That's a 110% seller rating.
