I bought the 12" king size version, I have had it two days now and I am really pleased with it. Only one negative observation - so far it has only expanded to 11" but that may be because I haven't given it enough time. I don't really care anyway as the mattress is supremely comfortable, like floating on water! Quality: Very satisfied. Condition: Perfect. Value: Very Good. Appearance: Hotel grade.

Currently waiting the 48 hours to settle, but even after a few hours it's made me realise how bad the old one had actually gotten. Even comes with a zip up protector which is great. Feels like good quality memory foam, rather than just a slab of sponge.

I queried it and the issue was resolved quickly and efficiently. Good quality mattress very firm. Box arrived damaged but I think it’s just due to weight of mattress inside but no damage to mattress inside of box.
