I found no such video for this cap, which is a RobertShaw RG-773 either way it does not work. Maybe this cap is just for diesel fuel. It says on the box fuel cap . All buyers are given the same instructions and directed to search YouTube for " Fram Locking Gas Cap " , After 1000's of sales we have had no reports of difficulty doing this except from this buyer.
