I wanted to change an order I made by mistake so I messaged them to change it ,they actually phoned me to help me sort it and good enough to give me measurements to make sure they had the correct item . The item was top quality arrived very quickly ,as described only better .Highly recommended ..thanks guys ...David

Also got charged VAT on an exported item from UK?. So Charles the owner contacted me and explained that the delivery delay was because of the uncertainty surrounding tariffs and that the VAT charged was in fact US sales tax deducted by eBay at source.
