Second one was damaged in transit and the 3rd one survived. Savvysurf sent out a replacement for all of them with no fuss. I believe the packaging could have been better, it was mostly just shrink wrapped and not in a box or something to protect the vulnerable parts of the item. Still 5/5 for customer service.
