The Seagate Cheetah 15K.5 hard drive is both an internal and external storage system. With a high data capacity and a speedy transfer rate, it saves your information quickly. Keep up to 146.8GB of emails, business documents, and transactions on laptop or desktop computers. This fifth-generation Seagate Cheetah 15K HDDs are reliable 3.5-inch drives. They have a non-recoverable error rate improved by a factor of 10 compared the previous generations. The HDD contains the Seagate-exclusive IRAW process that helps verify during idle times that the data has been written properly. This high-performance product offers 15,000 RPM spindle speeds with a transfer rate of 300 Mbps of data. Users can use the Seagate Cheetah 15K.5 internally by connecting their computer using a SCSI, SCSI Ultra 320, or the SAS Interface.The Seagate ST3146855SS is fully compatible with the Serial Attached SCSI standard.
