- i***r (7)- Feedback lasciato dall'acquirente.Mese scorsoAcquisto verificatoI was very impressed with my new surface keyboard that I bought from this seller, the packaging was very good and I was not expecting my keyboard to be protected really well, the value was fine but it came in mint condition so I was actually very happy, the condition exceeded my expectations and the seller was very transparent with the keyboards images being decent and a very accurate description. The keyboard also came in quickly through USPS. I would recommend this seller a lot. :)

It wasn't the seller's fault. The packaging was good and the box was unopened. I sent a message to the seller letting him know this, mainly so he could remove the picture of the item with a bag of screws. To my delight he immediately responded and made an adjustment for me that I didn't expect. I give the seller 💯 + 10 % for customer satisfaction 🙂

The item was in very good condition compared to others I viewed so I chose a partial refund to keep the item. Seller was very fair and sorry for the problem. Quick resolution and I think we’re both happy with the outcome. Would purchase from this seller again if they had something I needed. Even with the small issue I think seller deserves 5 star rating. Thank you!
