    Well I don't where to start. This seller goes above & beyond what I've come to expect from eBay sellers. I've had really small parcels from other sellers which took 4 times longer to reach me. The laptop was as described and extremely well packaged. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the laptop was good value for what I paid. I was dubious about buying a used laptop but this has laid those thoughts to rest. Other sellers should learn of these guys.
