NotesAlthough Yvonne Elliman scored only two major hits during her seven year, six album solo career, her body of work is more substantial than her chart history would suggest. For much of the 70s the singer worked with some of the era's most esteemed & influential figures including Eric Clapton & Dave Mason. Discovered by Andrew Lloyd Webber, who cast her as Mary Magdalene in his rock opera "Jesus Christ Superstar". Elliman's show-stopping ballad "I Don't Know How to Love Him" is included here along with her hit anthems "If I Can't Have You" & "Love Me" (written by the Bee Gees) as well as her take on classics such as "Everything Must Change", "Hello Stranger", & her original version of "Somewhere in the Night". 12 of Yvonne's most classic tracks all mastered from the original tapes.
