So in total it took about 5 days to arrive upon purchases(pretty fast). I don't know about those negative review but laptop is everything it stated in description. Practically brand new for a cheaper deal! Every pleased with this seller/shop! Checked the seller’s reviews and asked a couple friends — seemed legit — so I sent it. I bought it on Tuesday, they shipped it by Friday, and it got here on Tuesday — so about 6–7 days total. The laptop was exactly as described and in perfect condition. Super happy with the whole thing. 10/10, would buy from them again!

It took longer than expected to ship, but the seller explained that it was down to a UPS dispatch cutoff right before a weekend, which is totally understandable. The laptop arrived extremely well-packaged with original boxes and literature. I genuinely can't tell that it was ever used.
