I then see he has it reposted, yet no word to me about it being returned and still no refund although he asked for my PayPal days ago. Unresponsive to messages. I can't cancel because of technical issues, but refunded you when the Ebay claim was settled. So no, you did not receive a product as you cancelled the order and were refunded. Did you expect a free product?
