Packed in a padded paper mailer. Unfortunately, the non-drive-side cup was damaged. Can't tell if this was shipping or shop damage. i have an e-mount front derailleur and had to use the cup from the old bottom bracket anyway., so I didn't file a claim. For another user, this could have been a deal breaker, hence the neutral rating for this order.

I would consider the price a pretty darn good deal at only $200 after shipping. The frame appearance was as shown in the listing, brand new. Overall i am extremely happy with the frame and the seller. i will def be ordering from Crimson Stallion again.
