Three 12au7 (small signal) tubes were packaged inside a giant tube 6AS7G (large power) box, inside a larger box. 0 out of 3 tubes were noisy, 1 out of 3 were microphonic. Seller didn't state if they tested for either, so items were as described. All 3 play nice on my amplifier. Happy with value and quality of these items. Purchase with confidence.
