Unluckily, my machine had a minor defect out of the box, but the seller was easy to get in touch with and helped to guide me through the warranty process to expedite a replacement directly from the manufacturer. This is also how I found out that the product came with full and proper warranty coverage - again, just as described in the listing! A legitimate and honest store - would highly recommend.
