Unfortunately for me, the package was obviously abused so one piece was damaged. Seller immediately responded and was quick to offer resolution. Despite being one of the lower priced versions on eBay, its quality and value are equal to others at higher prices so I appreciate this seller very much. Great communicator! Integrity! Highly recommend this seller and hope to do business again with them soon!

This is no fault to the seller however I do wish she came bubble wrapped to prevent this happening. Nonetheless given I got a great deal anyway, I am still happy with her and I still think she is beautiful and great value. Seller shipped her out very promptly and communicated promptly regarding this issue to try and rectify it.
