I contacted as soon as I opened the package she responded immediately with a solution and shipped the item the next business day. Would purchase from here again. Great.       VERY HAPPY with this even though it's not as purple as I had hoped (picky artist here), nor is the fabric how I imagined it but it is organic cotton as I wanted and the listing stated (it just has a different feel then my other PBT Organic Cotton Duvets). Seller was very responsive to my initial questions and accepted my offer against her asking price as this was an early birthday gift to myself. THANK YOU! :-D Excellent shipping costs too!!
