Although there were problems with shipping (on the part of USPS), he made sure the tuning pegs were sent out even after Ebay gave a refund. Just like always, everything was packed well and nothing was damaged. Not only did I get brand the new tuning pegs, but Michael sent over a tuning pedal I was looking at! The prices that he's offering are already a steal, but between the extra little gifts and his personal touch on spreading humor and love, there's no alternative.
