This ended up being a Turbo Cooker Junior instead of the full sized Turbo Cooker. When I contacted the seller they almost instantly made things right. The seller wasn't familiar with the product and had no way of knowing it was the wrong thing. The product was shipped with the greatest of care and packed with extra care. The product was still a great value.

Made a mess of our email and bank statement with each separate charge and refund. We would not buy multiple items from this seller again.
