However, there was an additional €16 ( due COD that I had to pay the shipper at delivery in addition to the original shipping charge of $47.13 and vat of $19.50. This 16€ was not refunded. I paid $49.90 for the rug at auction. The seller offers to resell me the rug for $59.90. More than the original price. No offer to reimburse me for the COD, BUT offers to sell the rug at a higher price. No thank you.
