    Item not delivered, Seller refused to give tracking details, Replacement sent but courier left item outside my home at 9pm! It was removed by the street cleaners at 8am the following morning. Seller refused me a refund stating ebay policy says if item is left outside it's considered delivered. (UK Law; Consumer Rights Act 2015) States; The retailer is responsible for getting the goods to you intact and in your hands. That means they are responsible for refunding you if there’s a delivery failure
