However I contacted MTP Liquidations and they provided an easy return process, prompt refund, and in earnest, hold only positive feedback on how they corrected what I believe is an honest error on their part. They sell liquidated items and I believe mine was simply mis-boxed from whomever they received the item from. Overall, while I wish it was what I wanted, MTP made it simple for me to return the item for full refund. However, specifically asked seller to protect the top of the item for shipping, which they ignored. Worse, item was able to move freely within the box due to weak packing, making it a miracle that it didn't get damaged.
