The seller refunded me back 21 of the 103 dollars I spent but never sent me back the item. I was ripped off by this seller and will call my credit card company to deal with it. You opened a return through Ebay, which I accepted, I also offered a partial discount IF you wanted to keep the item due to a difference in understanding. You then accepted the partial refund, which closed the return. You have the item, you have the money back....I'm not sure how I ripped you off.
