It made no sense for me to ship back an item that was originally 21.00 and pay the shipping. The seller offered a 30%discount to just keep the item. I took the offer. That was more than generous in my opinion. Excellent folks to deal with! I highly recommend them!

The hands were secured to a thick, stiff piece of cardboard that conformed to the box in which it was packed. 'Ari Bags' were used to complete the cushioning of the contents. Very pleased with the clock hands; they are as described and they arrived straight and ready to be adapted to the clock movement. I think the hands were realistically priced and I received a good value. Cost of shipping was realistic.
