After opening my order I noticed I received a camera which was different then the one I ordered. The cameras look identical but the one I received will not work with my DVR. The seller emailed me back with a refund shortly after I contacted them which means a lot to me. I understand mistakes happen but it's what you do with the mistake that means everything.
