Seller clearly stated there were issues and pointed them out in his description. The problem is sometimes I cannot get the parts, but I was able to straighten the frame out and had an extra coupler cap to fix it. I added lighting and she is part of my B and O passenger set. Package was good, shipping was average and I won it on a bid. As long as the seller comes clean on what is wrong, that is all I ask.
