When I tried to to contact the seller to track down the package , they were unresponsive so I had to contact ebay, for which the seller called me deceitful. I tried contacting the person that received the jacket and followed up multiple times to get the jacket back to send to the correct buyer, unfortunately that person didn't respond and kept the jacket. I issued a full refund to the buyer, no questions asked, with an apology for the mix up.
